I would they have great installers. It is the subfloor that is not correct. The installers are sent in expecting every other contractor has done their job correctly, which it should be. So if tiles pop the subfloor is the problem

I would never recommend this flooring company for any job... I have a Danbury home and the flooring that was installed in our home is complete c@!p..from the carpet not fitting propely to loose tiles...stay away
