energyXchange has the makings of an intimidating fitness club experience. Except that it's not. A slick interior, matchy-matchy trainers' uniforms and a Flash-heavy website are typically strong warning signs. But here, the staff is friendly and encouraging, and the muffins are free. I have recently moved to the area and my new building doesn't have a gym. As I was just so used to my routine 1 hour morning cardio workout, it was so hard for me to find a good gym that's close enough for me not to waste anytime and to also feel the rush of the cardio. While EnergyXChange has an annoying flash site, they've got plenty of interesting classes to make up for it.
