Cold, Rude & Sleezy Staff & Owners

No compassion whatsoever. Everything we asked about in regards to a family member service arrangements, the first thing out of their mouths was yes if you're willing to pay! This was about minor things, wanting to place a photo of grandchild in coffin, the obituary. And the owner screaming and yelling at us on the phone, because we were offended by their lack of compassion and rudeness.
