Very Poor Service and NO Guarantee
We had a major project done by First Choice Siding and unfortunately we made a major mistake using them. We would not recommend this company as they do not honour their lifetime guarantee. The work they did on our brickwork was very poor, 2 doors were not installed correctly, a huge mess was left (mortar, siding scraps, nails), and much more. His response to all of our concerns/complaints has been denial mixed with total rudeness. Be very wary of this company as they DO NOT honour their lifetime guarantee, or any guarantee for that matter.

I would not recommend this business. I have been trying to get this business to be held accountable for poor stone work done, improperly installing doors, not meeting code in putting a bedroom window in. Troubleshooters even aired my story in May. I also have an engineering report which verifies my concerns. I am in the process of filing for a civil claim against first choice siding
