Lacking customer service skills

I just returned from this location without a haircut and very angry. Here's why.

I arrived at approx. 11:00 am (Tues. Nov. 24/09) for a haircut. The store was not very busy at the time. After waiting more than 20 min. I ask one of the girls politely how much longer I'd have to wait (since I do have other things to do). With a very arogant tone and wouldn't look at me, she snapped back "more than a half hour". I said "Nice attitude" and walked out. I went back in to get the girl's name, but she wouldn't tell me. At this point another lady asked me what the problem was. I explained to her what happened and all she said was "She's just doing her job". Ignorance to customers must be in their job description. Found their employee of the month LOL.

Before this, I have always got my haircut at Firstchoice, but never again. They had absolutely no reason to treat me like that and don't let them do the same to you.
