Firefly was great! I had a terribly broken (like really bad, being-held-together-with-duck-tape-bad) laptop. I had taken it in to a place in Toronto six months earlier when it was way less broken- the LCD worked- and they quoted me twice the price of what I ended up paying at firefly.
