Beware
Beware. Beware. We gave them some raw diamonds (in October 2010) to make a ring of our choice. They took significant amount from us in advance to make new ring. We still struggling to get our diamonds back (March 15, 2011!!!) from these unprofessional people. After that she started giving us checks as settlement, but then she has stopped all the checks. we are going to file a case against her
In Summary, if you want to lose your piece of mind and money, they are the right unprofessional people.
