Terrible

They lost our reservation for 10 people, even though we had a voicemail confirming it. We had to wait, standing, for over 45 minutes. Pushy, unfriendly waiters. No complimentary offering to help make up for their error. I tried t use their "contact us" site. I went to Fiamma today! I must say the food was delicious!! however, the wait staff was extremely rude. We were looking at the menu and the waiter was rushing up! I wouldn't go again because of the way we were treated! On our way out, the greeter didn't even say "Bye" or "Thank You"

Pros: food was great Cons: servers rushed us to table Very pushy about ordering We were never asked how the meal was or if we needed anything else We waiting a while for a server to pass by for more beverages The employees there are not too friendly. This place has great potential to be an excellent restaurant if the wait staff at minimum places a fake smile on their faces
