We made a special trip out to the Festival Inn as we had fond memories of good meals there over a period of years. This time, my husband's meal was completely spoiled starting with melted butter in the little container which splashed onto his dry-clean only pants, continuing with dry, obviously reheated rice to accompany the salmon (which was good)... more
The university I attended in Michigan sends their Honors program students to Stratford for free to attend the Shakespeare plays once a year. I stayed here in 2009 and in 2010. The rooms were nice and clean with lovely furnishings. The breakfast was good. This hotel is not right in the heart of Stratford, but it is probably more affordable... more
We recently stayed here for a hockey tournament. Excellent value (we paid $99/night)- quite a large sprawling hotel, but you can get a parking spot close to your room (helpful with hockey bags!).
