This gem of an Ethiopian restaurant is hidden away in an unassuming neighborhood in Vancouver. It serves some of the best Ethiopian food I have ever eaten. The fish was truly amazing. What a find! There are no utensils at Fassil Restaurant. You eat with your hands by dipping the injera bread into what you have ordered. The entire table will receive one platter which has all the food and at the bottom more injera bread. This food is very filling.
