I have a 2005 Mazda 3, and have been taking it to Peter at Fairview for over 10 years. Not a lot goes wrong with this car, and I don't drive a lot, but he still recognizes me when I bring the car in.

Once the warranty ran out on my c350 I started shopping around for an alternative to the Mercedes dealership for service. Positive Yelp steered me to this place and I've been bringing my car here ever since. From the sounds of it, Mercedes was farming out non-warranty service to this place anyway.

We got great service here with regular maintenance as long as my (former) husband was interacting with the owner. Another male friend gets great service too. Me (female), not so much. I suspected I was being charged more, but the clincher was a dead battery that they refused to jump and then an $80 charge to tell me nothing was wrong after I jumped it .
