Overpriced, old. They booked me into a smoking room which should not have been as my corp travel agent has in my profile. When I ask for something better the offer me exclusive room for add'l $99/night. The new room On the exclusive Gold floor, smells like a dirty ashtray as does the whole floor. Free snacks. Nothing but dessert. You can purchase a $30 burger. Can you say rip off..
