Staff needs training

The staff needs lots of training at that hotel. Asked whether they would have gluten-free options for the breakfast and was told in a snarky manner that no, other than fruits and that fruits are good enough for me.
The "nail on the coffin" was the vacuum cleaner at 9:30pm in the hallways. Why!? No reason, I guess they didn't...
