Not a happy camper! I hope you don't have an issue with your stay. Hotel management would not assist me with an issue with my invoice that should have been a no brainer. Very inflexible and hard to deal with.

They could care less about Marriott’s Platinum Travelers’
May 09, 2012Don't expect any special treatment at the Fairfield in Brampton if you are a Marriott Platinum. The front desk staff (Laura) was rude, impersonal and totally indifferent. This is precisely the type of treatment that corporate should be looking at when reviewing this property.
