amazing service + price!
best place i have been to for tires. this guy above me must of had a personal problem. i walked in. was greeted, they even threw me a free bottled water!! now thats service! i saved over $400 buying my tires from them. i also checked them out online to see more about who they are. they have a youtube page wich shows all the great work they do. i will be back in spring for my summer set!
disipointment
Recently I purchased 4 tires and one has a bubble on the side. When I came b ack the next day to exchanged the nightmare began, I was humilated and laught at and I was told that it was the rim and not the tire. When I changed the rim the problem still existed, the bobble was very visible but none of the staff working there could "see it"especially Carmen! If you like being humiliated, unprofessional, rude, ignorant, vulgar service this is the place to shop in. The return or exchange policy is non existent and they only insult costumers to make them look stupid!!!

I was deciding on a set of rims but the guy helping me out was busy texting someone, swearing at his workers, and yelling at his staff. Finally he looked at me and said "have you made up your f**cking mind yet". All the rims I wanted had a 1 week waiting time. Nothing was in stock. STAY AWAY!!!! on the phone they will quote you for a package of tires and you will think wow thats a great price. When you get there the salesman will proceed to tell that he has ran out of those tires and will put you into something else much more expensive.
