Don't go there!!!!
My mom took her scottish terrier there twice for grooming, first time was OK second visit was a disaster. Poor Terry came out of there completely traumatized with bald patches, nicks and severe razor burns. At home he went completely bezerk, kept banging his head on the floor and walls and started throwing up. Mom took him to the vet where they told her he had nice skin infection happening. When trying to contact management they ignored her calls and would not return comment on any of her messages. She went in personally and again was given the brush off, management wasn't available and there was nothing they could do for her. The So called grooming cost her $85.00 and the vet bill was $125.00. No we won't go back there with any of our pets and please think twice before you take yours there.

I really love walking into Fabulous Furballs the store is beautiful, and very inviting. I have been taking my bulldog there since the store has opened and the staff is quite friendly (it is a very busy location) they still somehow seem to always find and make time for clients and customers. I love the groomers they have helped me out so many times with numerous bulldog issues that i wasn't even aware of. The only complaint i could possibly come up with is the fact that you need to book in advance as they are in very high demand I have heard though recently that there are new locations so I guess my complaints are obsolete.
What more can I say? FABULOUS!
Had my cat in today with the "cat whisperer"- my vet sent me because I let my cat get so matted he had to be shaved. Dwayne is a ROCKSTAR! The front desk girl was super cool- hot pink hair- and even called me right when my cat was ready to come home.
