Inflated pricing and disrespectful employees

We're another local business in the area. We discovered one of our employees used our company accounts to purchase some tools and then take it to this Eze Cash and Pawn shop to sell and pocket the cash.

I went to the store and spoke with a lady to explain the situation. My goal was to simply buy my property back for what they paid for it and even a few bucks on-top for the trouble. The lady was extremely rude with me and essentially brushed me off like a piece of dirt and had this smug attitude throughout the whole conversation. I wanted to speak with the owner and she just kept giving me vague answers. After 20-30 minutes trying to get answers I FINALLY manage to have her tell me that the owner (Vamil?) would send me a 'text' shortly about this. Fast forward two weeks and of course no communication from owner.

When I was at the shop I also took a look around and many of their prices are at retail pricing or HIGHER. If your looking to buy or pawn anything here, think twice. It's really sad to see a local business such as Eze Cash and Pawn taking advantage of the people and local business in their community.
