Horrible customer service
The lady in the downtown shop looks like a nice person one day and mind-blowingly rude the other. When me and my boyfriend went to choose our glasses, she seemed to be nice. That day she said that it would take a week for the glasses to be ready. A week later when we showed up at her store, she started to yell out of the blue. She said "you are being rude for showing up and demanding that the glasses are ready" and she did not stop yelling until we left the store. First, we didn't demand anything, we just kindly asked. Second, the previous week she didn't mention that we were supposed to wait for her phone call. Even if she had mentioned, this is no reason to treat customers this way. It really was a surreal experience. There seems to be many other reviews online about her rudeness (which we found out after purchasing our glasses). We will never go back.
Why The Face?
Rating needs negative integers.
Wow. Just...wow. Owner either needs to take hers meds or adjust her dosage. Helpful & easygoing one moment, totally losing her s@!t the next. The best thing she could do for her business is let somebody else deal with customers. Srsly.

July 20, 2011Best place I have ever shopped for eye wear. The owners are passionate about thier work and want to make sure each person has an appropriate pair of glasses for thier face. I have shopped there for 10 years and most likely purchased 15 pairs of glassess. This place is not inexpensive, but you are getting somewhat exclusive frame. Excellent fittings for bifocals as well

First visit a little off putting but once a customer great treatment
July 19, 2011As I understand this shop has exclusive eyewear. A friend recommended them to me and My first trip in just to see what they had and if I could afford glasses from them. I don't think they like folks coming in to browse. But I have to say when I returned to buy the glasses I had seen in my first trip I have been treated very well with great respect and customer care. Rude saleslady / owner. Abusive to clients.
March 26, 2011The owners are extremely rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and clearly not interested in providing a services to their clients. Join me in voting with my wallet and stay away from this retailer.
