Best Personal Trainer in the City

I have been training for the past two months at Extreme Fitness. My Personal Trainer is extremely professional. Their PT planning is thorough and well planned. I have not only reduced more than 6 kgs, but also more than 4% body fat. I feel more energetic

Club is clean and staff are courteous. I am very happy with the gym and would recommend anyone who want to reduce weight and build strength. Investment in personal training is worth.

Good Gym & lots of equipment

I have seen and used many gyms but Extreme fitness is the best with respect to amenities and equipments. Access to pool and group fitness classes in included in my annual membership. They are not cheap but if you are using it on a regular basis, it is worth the money.

Great Equipment & Gym Layout

Extreme Fitness has by far some of the greatest equipment I've seen in gyms in the Toronto area. Everything is clean and new and I love the way that the Richmond gym is laid out. Bravo!

I have been working out for a few years. I just moved to Toronto a few months ago and been to a few GoodLife locations.

I find this is one of the nicer locations. Gets really busy during 6-8pm. There is a higher concentration of younger people at this location than other GoodLife locations.

If you are a guy I wouldn't recommend you going to use the sauna. I had guys chat me up there and it... more

I really like this better than the newer club that opened on Richmond at Bathurst. The club at Bathurst really punted on the locker rooms: too small, not enough benches. This club has big locker rooms with single lockers versus the smaller stacked lockers. The weight machine layout is a bit nutty. Some equipment upstairs, Some equipment downstairs.

In Toronto on business and the three day trial is a lifesaver! No fighting over the one half working treadmill at the hotel gym! Great equipment, gorgeous space and such a convenient location. Friendly staff, too! I'd be signing up if I lived here, it's great!
Super clean facilities, towel service, virtual classes, and nice big windows for people watching. Plus, they offer Les Mills classes,... more
