This gym has it all, the equipment is clean and always working, and i've never gone and had to wait to use the equipment like I had to at my old gym. The staff is also very pleasant. I'll definitely be recommending extreme to my friends.
This is a fabulous idea! This is my gym and I'll deifnitely be checking out the yoga during Earth Hour. It's nice to know that some companies take Earth Hour seriously. Candlelight yoga sounds devine!

I was reading some of the negative reviews and it seems to me that people will complain no matter what!! I've been a member at Extreme for some time and the only people who complain are the people that are just never happy. If someone tells you that you should buy training sessions and you don't want them....then say no!! Dont cancel your membership why are you offended ?? That's the trainers goal,to sell you sessions, thats what they do for a living. If you simply want the gym membership only, then be firm and let them know. Otherwise you're canceling a membership for silly reasons and still not getting healthy. Just hurnting yourself. This gym is fantastic and offers an extensive range of classes. Its clean and has every type of person. What do you want?? This gym is definitely worth it,.\

The gyms are generally clean, spacious and feature the latest weight and cardio equipment. At their Richmond Street club they offer Yoga Twister, a new spin on yoga not to be confused with Naked Twister.
Where do I even start? How about at the front desk. I have never met more unfriendly people representing a company. I have not once received a " hi, how are you" or "hello" or"welcome to Goodlife" they merely take your tag and scan you in and hope you go away. The free weights area is a total mess …
A well-toned human zoo. It's the largest gym in the east end. All the crowds that you expect from a large chain alongside passively indifferent staff and hilariously cases of how-did-they-damage-that machinery. Used to be an Extreme Fitness. Now it's a Goodlife. At least they've been remodelling. On the plus …
This former Extreme Fitness location has really gotten worse since the takeover by Goodlife. The men's change room and showers are consistently dirty, with used towels left everywhere and garbage on the floor, counters and benches. The showers are always out of soap, so make sure you bring your …
