Not sure if I would stay here again. Lobby was nice, but then we turned the corner to go to the elevators and the hallways were disgusting. Elevator too was dingy and it smelled. However the rooms were nice and clean. Good location tho if you plan on going to West Ed. Our biggest complaint would be the restaurant - Steels. We wanted to eat there for breakfast the day one morning. We got seated... more

Managers kicked us out of breakfast room, or gave us the option of paying for everybody's rooms at the hotel. Whatever happened to be courteous and friendly? I will never return, ever. Neither will the rest of the people involved with Hockey Alberta.
