This hotel really is a 4+ hotel. Pleasant room, very good housekeeping, good location. I dock it 1 star because it doesn't have free wireless anywhere in the hotel, and the "business office" ethernet is only live from 9 to 5! How 20th century is that?!

Don't let them touch your car! We used our Living Social voucher last weekend. On a surface level, the staff is friendly. They upgraded us to a corner suite (which is slightly bigger and quieter). May 17, 2012This was a short stop on our way home from New Zealand and the hotel did not dissappoint. Very comfortable and Brett, conciege and Paul on front desk could not be more helpful. Hotel is very well placed for all the sights and you can pick up a big bus or trolleycar close to the hotel to get to the sights. Only criticsm is breakfast in the restaurant which can be slow.
