Horrible customer service
December 28, 2010I have had nothing but problems with Excel Honda since I bought my car. Before buying the car, we had agreed that certain work was to be done. When I went to pick up the car, the work wasn't done and when I pointed it out to them, they acted dumb "oh we forgot".
