Awful company, awful customer service do not use this company beware

Totally incompetent, rude and dishonest
October 22, 2009I contracted this company to install a very expensive hardwood floor in a large, luxury condo. When it became apparent that the floor was poorly installed (gaps, dust coming up between the seams when walked upon, hollow sounds in many areas) I recalled the installer and although there was no visible faults, we elected to pull up some of the boards to investigate. Very bad service, nasty owner and poor quality product
July 22, 2009I bought an expensive engineered hardwood floor for my condo from this company and it bounced like a waterbed! When I confronted the president, Mehran Kahyeri about it he treated me very rudely and his attitude was totally inappropriate. I will never buy anything from this company again.
