Brought my duvet in with fresh cat pee on it, got it back with orange spots and a faded blue stain. Clerk told me they were old stains, and I had to pay for their service. Completely denying they were at fault. I took my cash off the counter, and he grabbed on to my duvet, so I yanked it right out of his hands and stormed out of the store.
I got it back yesterday, and as I prepare to put the cover back on, I notice how incredibly thin one side is. It's as if there are no feathers in that entire area. I don't know what they could've done to the feathers, but it is so thin now, whereas it was full and fluffy BEFORE I brought it to Esquire.
I will be filing a complaint. I give them 5/5 stars for the worst service I have ever received! (the one star I did highlight is only because I was made to).
