This is a terrible, terrible, terrible place to get your vehicle serviced. When I tryed to talk to the Service Manager he would not give me the time of day. I would suggest that you look for another Toyota dealership.

This place is nothing but a scam and wont ever give you the time of day. Service and sales managers know nothing about the company or product! Sales staff is lacking very much so and they are probably the least friendly staff in the automotive industry. Stay away from this dealership I would not trust them what so ever! A few names I would like to mention but wont.

I've had my xD for a month now. Just wanted to say that Alex was super awesome in helping me out every step of the way. He answered all the questions I asked and made certain that I was happy when I drove out with my car! Definitely been recommending Alex and the dealership to friends and co-workers.
