I ended up purchasing from another nearby volvo dealer. Tried to charge me extra for the volvo infotainment system and a factory order. Both items do not cost extra. This was direction provided from the top.
Car dealerships need more staff like Erin Mills Volvo
When I walk in I am greeted by friendly staff...The service I receive at Erin Mills Volvo is always friendly and knowledgeable. There are so many new and used cars to choose from, they will definitely help make the right decision!
Great experience and better service overall
It was a very positive experience overall and much better than my experience with my last brand of vehicle.
I liked that there were no pushy tactics used to sell me the car or extended warranty programs. The product spoke for itself. Once I decided that I wanted to buy the car, Adrian found a way for me to manage the monthly payments and get me into my perfect vehicle quickly and easily.
Great experience and highly recommend Erin Mills Volvo to everyone.
