Terrible

polite but when it came to the so-called manager or finance manager. He was terrible, didn't go through any options, I told him what I wanted to do and was firm and saying there was no chance and did not give me the time or any options. Not sure what his name was but as soon as you walk through the doors he is the 2nd desk on the right hand side in an extremely crowded and dirty establishment. I do not suggest dealing with these guys as it is extremely unpleasant. There is no privacy as you need to sit right beside another person when trying to give out personal information.
