I had a good experience in Quebec City. Yes, I had to walk over to the office. They were very nice, got my car, returned my car. No problem.

Great experience! Very helpful service - we were in and out quickly. Our Uber fee was reimbursed from the total charge. Highly recommend!

If you are in Quebec City and need a car, look for other options. I travel almost every other week and rent from the National/Enterprise network religiously.
Enterprise did not pick us up. Had to Uber to Enterprise location with two kids and bags from a cruise.
No customer service, just passing out cars. ... No support of status/brand loyalty taken into account.
Might be time to go back to... plus
