Worst service ever. I reserved a car and called the day before to make sure everything is in order. Yes they said come pick up the car.

As I went to pick up the car another custumer was in line and was renting the car I needed to pick up. First come first serve the clerc told me. But I have a reservation I need to get going on a trip ! You guys took a deposit You Muther Effers ! I replied. Ah... plus

They don't have a large selection of cars to choose from. Linda was very friendly and helped me out when I had to switch to a smaller car the next day ( to fit in my parking space)

Poor service. These guys apparently doesn't follow reservations made by clients. I reserved a Premium SUV and confirmed it twice. The day I went to pick up, they presented me a Dodge Journey and told me this comes in catagory of a Premium SUV such as Navigator or Escalade. And on top they kept insisting the above mentioned fact. These guys doesnt have a clue of what they are doing.
