I used to order from Enrico's, BUT never again. Received a burnt pizza, when I called back the manager was NOT helpful, she said that is what happens when you order thick crust??? Hello pizzaville! Asked to speak to the manager who I was speaking to, was put on hold & then disconnected. Phoned back & asked to speak to the owner, who apparently is only there 1 or 2 times a month according to the manager. VERY POOR customer service!! And I work in the industry, so I am very understanding, but not when it comes to the dissatisfaction of the client!!! Ended up throwing the pizza out $25.00 later!
