Horrible
May 28, 2011This is the worst salon I have ever been too. After the worst cut of my life, the lady at the cash identified herself as the owner. When I explained to her I hated my hair she proceeded to not apologize and charge me full price. Worst customer service. This salon needs Tabitha to whoop them into shape.

Quality gone
April 06, 2011Emil of Switzerland Salon cannot seem to keep staff therefore makes it hard to keep your favorite stylist. In 5 years alone I've had to readjust to a 4th hairdresser and was dissatisfied with these last 2's level of comprehention of needs and end results.
