Emerald Management is very professional
I am very pleased with their property management services. I was a tenant for couple of years and now I am an owner and they manage my property. I don't know how to thank them for their care and professional conduct. I am encouraging everybody who is in a need for their services just to give it a try. Emerald Management rocks and I will berecommending them all the time.
This company does not care about its tenants
From being yelled at by the property manager to threats of having our cat taken away, this company has been horrible to deal with. I would not recommend renting from them.
