Great stay!
November 08, 2012Overall, we had a great stay! We had a family suite and I thought the value was good and the room was clean and just what we needed. Only two complaints: we called valet for Our car to be brought up about 15-20 mins before. We went down and waited and waited and finally inquired. They had reparked it because we weren't there in time. It would be helpful if they would just call the room.... more

Always Enjoyable
October 19, 2012We always enjoy staying here The views are spectacular. We skip the Managers reception because it is rather stale nibblers and overcrowded. The service is always good as well. A little disappointed that I was not able to use my CAA they said it did not apply to my particular room???

Check in chaotic,long line ups no luggage carts
October 01, 2012The hotel desperately needs upgrading. Our room was drab and very outdated. Unfortunately there had been a problem with a flood but the alternative solutions were out of control. Quality of the buffet was a bottom level.
