Never getting my business again!

Absolute crooks! Took my money for cosmetic mock-ups, and now won't do the work unless I pay again for another mock-up. They won't release the mock-up to me or another dentist office, even though its no good to anyone else, AND I paid for it! I told them I dont care what the end result looks like, so even if my teeth might have shifted a 1/100 of a millimetre, they can't to the work cause it won't be perfect. I told them my cosmetic composites dont have to be perfect and that I'll be happy with anything better than my original teeth, which are really bad. They did not want my $2500, unless I paid for another mock up!

When I booked appointments 2 months ahead, they called with less than 24 hours notice cancelling the appoint, saying the doc was on holidays. You just found that out now! Then they harassed me for 8 months wanting payment for the appointment that they cancelled. I lost income when they cancelled the appointment since I had already arranged for coverage at work. When I booked a 2nd time, for 9am, I was told he was running 45 minutes behind already. I could not stay as that would make me late for MY clients. I went over the mock-up with the receptionist and dental assistant, loved the mock-up, paid the money, and looked forward to booking to have the work done.

I called to book to get the work done and they told me i had to book another appoint with the dentist to go over the mockup. I explained I had already approved, but they said, "ya but it wasnt with the dentist and that they would not book the work until he seen me again." What a hassle! They did not tell me that whe I approved it that I would still have to book another time with him. Geez! And now they want me to pay for another mock-up... sorry, there are other offices that actually want my business.
