Elements on Hollis is truly a wonderful addition to the Halifax restaurant scene. It combines local, fresh produce and incredible selection of local wine, beer and spirits. Beautifully executed dishes. Clean, simple and delisious. Great atmosphere, and the servers make you feel as though you've been coming there for years.

This newly renovated restaurant has a great ambiance and the food was excellent! All the staff were very friendly and attentive. The idea of promoting local food and wine is a great concept and supportive of the local community.

The food was delicious! Chef Johnathan was funny and entertaining and although the service from our server was not so great, I think that will improve as Elements has only been open 3 weeks. I love their 50-mile focus on supporting the local community and promoting Nova Scotia's wineries by offering wines at cost plus $5.00. This makes it more affordable and a perfect way to introduce locals... more
