I spent a ton of money paying this mechanic to fix my car, he claimed that none of the repairs were a problem for him, later to find out he had been taking my car to the dealership himself and charging me for the cost plus his time of driving it back and forth- not sure what kind of mechanic does that but I certainly would've done this work myself for free if I had known this is what he was doing.
After getting screwed and mistreated by another shop, I went to Electro. They really did a great job and renewed my faith in humanity.
Their office walls are covered by thank you letters from happy clients.
I just live down the street from this guy - late last summer I took my car to a Mr. Lube, for an oil change, and within 10 minutes of leaving he place, I had a flat tire (on the only tire they fiddled with. I took the flat tire to Electro Auto Electric, since it was so close, thinking I would be paying for a simple tire repair. Instead he told me the valve had been damaged, and he replaced it free of charge. No problems with the tire since. I know it's not a big thing, but it's not often you encounter that kind of courtesy - this guy gets my future business!
