April 30, 2014Year round the staff at Eldon House are open with special events. I have been to almost all and loved everything that the day offered. Christmas decor is my favourite because in my own Heritage Home ( FLEX-STAFF) short term rental, I have used their simple decorations from the passed to delight our guests. If you love a city's history
November 24, 2013We are big fans of where it all began so if you feel the same, don't miss this museum. The staff is dressed in period costume and the furnishings are original or original to the period. Watch for the tile work around the fireplaces. Not like a castle, but lots to see, so plan at least a couple of hours.... more
