Never take your pet....DO NOT if you love your pet

My cat went there for years and hated it. I really thought it was becuase all pets hate the vets, but the vets at this clinic are horrible and do not care or show concern for your animal. It's like they are doing a job for the sake of it, my cat was a member there for 15 years, and when she was getting old - they said just put her down. I started to cry and no one in the vets office even offered me a tissue - they are all cold (with the exception of a few, small few). Please do not take you pets here - they cannot speak on their own behalf - so lets protect them from the psycho's at this vets clinic. I wish it could be shut down, I know some nice people would loose their jobs, but the ones who are actually decent human beings would be able to find another job at a more humane vets office. It took me months to finally post something about this vets office - I didn't want the pain of loosing my cat to affect my response. Now that it has been 7 months - I want to ensure that NO ONE goes there and allows their pet to be tortured and then pay a large bill. Sorry about ranting for a long time - I just want people to be aware. Thankfully I took my pet to another vets office to be put down and she was sedated and very comfortable before her passing. Eglinton -Hwy 10 didn't even call me to ask if my cat was put down, or if she was okay or anything - considering we were members for 15 years; they could have at least called to inquire - proving their only concern is for money money and more money.
