A Famous Landmark
Since 1970, science enthusiasts young and old have flocked to the towering rooftop telescope that marks the locale of EfstonScience. Considered Canadas science and astronomy superstore, the EfstonScience building is comprised of 9,000 square feet of passive solar design, with four levels holding over 5,000 science and tech products.

Disagree! Efstonscience is an amazing store!
July 01, 2010EfstonScience is a one of the coolest stores in Toronto. It has the most amazing science stuff, gadgets, toys, etc... stuff you never see anywhere else, plus a whole floor of just telescopes. I have always found the people really nice and helpful. It might not be the cheapest place in the world, but they've got so much cool stuff and their staff really know what they're talking about.

Located just south of Highway 401 on Dufferin and directly across from Yorkdale Mall, this store features Canada's largest selection of telescopes and optics, as well as two floors of science books and supplies, microscopes, lab ware, robotics, chemistry and electronics kits. For the kids there are puzzles, science-based games, rocket kits and anything a future Nobel Prize winner needs or wants.
