Poor Customer Service-toothless-beware-front desk

After waiting for over a month to get my Bridge for my front teeth. 48hrs before appointment front desk girl calls very cold and rudely blames me for not doing her job ( getting paper work in order) get this she calls Thrusday night a closing time, wanted me to get a report faxed over to her, I call the other doctor involved the next day they say they sent it to her already I try to call front desk girl and the office is closed on Fridays. After trying to speak to other people in the office to try to get my teeth fixed she calls me rudely back. I am going somewhere else
