Filthy, rude staff, uncaring, greedy, governement scammer?

Was in there for a work injury xray followup.
Got in somewhat fast and the doctor starting writing the xray paperwork right after I told him that I ws in for a follow-up, merely 3 minutes. Then I remembered to tell him it was WCB related but since I didnt have the number he said to come back tomorrow, that he neede dto do a few things. I mean, he couldve done it rightaway as he saw me for under 3 minutes then I could I called back to give him the claim number.
They wouldnt even let me call my employer for it...
So I went home, in pain, a block away and came back to give them the number but the rude receptionist stressed that I needed to come back tomorrow.... the clinic was empty, not even busy.... Im pretty sure he only wanted to collect two visit fees from the goverment while not doing the job he should've done: take care of the patient.

The place is also filthy, signs EVERYWHERE which are all half ripped or wrinkled, pencil markings on them (cant you afford to reprint them?)

I even saw blood stains on the sterile glove box.

Well, if I need a second visit, it will be SOMEWHERE ELSE....
