Horrible!

Originally quoted 45-1hr. To have them get me in my car. Long story short, after 3 hours of them calling and telling me they will be here soon, they gave me other company's phone numbers. When the dispatcher called me he initially told me he got caught up at another job, when I questioned whey he went to the next customer after he went to the wrong address, he changed his story and told me the locksmith wasn't answering his phone and he was the only one working. Horrible, and unreliable customer service! Glad I wasn't waiting outside.

Promptly & professionally does the Job

They were really punctual. They did all the lock & key repairs that we required and they did a great job. This locksmith gave us a really good price on the lock & key repairs and gave us great tips on maintenance and how we can help our lock & key last longer. Don’t even think about using another company when you have this locksmith ready to assist you with any locksmith service you need promptly and professionally.

Not have more word to say...

I needed to install a security lock on the front door of my shop so I called the services of this Locksmith. I was very impressed with the prompt response time of only 30 minutes and the affordable price. The technician who installed my security lock was very friendly and gave me a lot of great security advice. If you are looking for a company to install a security lock for you then this guys is it.
