This dealership is first class. In the last year I have purchased 2 new vehicles from them. Both transactions were painless and easy. The service department is the best Ive experienced in Edmonton. Far superior service compared to the west end BMW dealer as well as any Mercedes store in Edmonton.

Worst Vehicle Ever!

We own a 2010 X6. We bought in 2009 and have had problems regularly since 2011. The turbo will just stop working or the car will shut down... while doing 100km on the Henday! i'm surprised i'm still alive after that one.

As for the service dept, they are slow to see you and my last vist, did not complete all of the tasks i had requested. Now i have to make another... more

Great dealership. They treated me excellent and have top quality customer service. I purchased a new x5 from this location and love the new vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else.
