This place is a great "go-to" option when trying to decide where to go. It's a hit whether it's for brunch with out-of-town friends or an evening get together with coworkers. I love the atmosphere.
Have a good plate of nachos and a glass of overpriced wine, smiles are extra.
A trip to Halifax won't be complete without a drink at the Economy Shoe Shop. If you're looking for shoes you came to the wrong place altho you won't be disappointed once you were sitting down sipping on a cocktail. Its such a unique atmosphere it reminds me of the 1920s for some reason. The architecture is unique and adds to your visit as well as the live bands/music when they have it.
