Wasted time

I waited for over a week for this company to tell me that they did not do termite eradication and clean-up and this was after several calls and emails. That is so frustrating to find that out after waiting over a week; check to see what this company does before agreeing to them doing any work for you. Orkin were on my problem in five minutes and set up an appointment to go onsite in two days.
