Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

I bought the Sony 3D Display on boxing day but I was devastated to see a cluster of dead pixels in the middle of the screen. Brought it to Aurora store early next day and the staff quickly exchanged it for me as they speeded through the long line up. (unlike Futureshop in Pickering who had 5 sales reps chatting together and refused to even try contacting other location to check stock availability, because all stores are too busy just like them.) This really shows you don't need a lot of staff to serve your customers right, just a couple of productive ones at EBgames are enough. 5 stars all the way!
