They are very quick to schedule a time that's only convenient for them in a group showing, which is fine... but it literally took 5 days to get a scheduled appointment. The worst part is taking off work early to accommodate for their appointment time then telling us that they forgot the fob to get up to the suite so they are unavailable to view the place and would have to reschedule.
