Misleading

Was basicly made to fight for my right to have all the payment I made ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT....
They Failed to keep track fo my payments......
Then when it came time to fix the problem ,no one had the mental knowldge to do so.Wow I am still fightin to get a copy of a new contract....
They moved twice....
Raised rates....
