All you can eat salad
Food is amazing, staff is nice and how can you beat all you can eat salad!
Amazing.
Great food, quick staff. And there is a pinball machine! Woot woot!

Do not serve Margherita Pizza

Visited East Side Mario's last night, was looking forward to Pizza, especially Margherita Pizza, as if done right, Italian style should have a thin crust, not a lot of toppings. They do not serve it.

Revisited the location and had a different experience
July 19, 2014I have visited this location again, and this time found they do indeed have some more vegetarian options. The menu was not disappointing to me, it was the over-eager service that I found very off-putting. Our young male server probably visited our table at least 14 times during our 30 min. lunch. It's as good as expected

It's about as good as a family franchise Italian restaurant (in a non-Italian neighbourhood) can get.
Whenever I go, I notice large birthday parties with kids or teens so I assume that's one of it's purposes.
I never had problems here, service is always good (despite the large groups).
